These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Learnly AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Learnly AI provides AI-powered Maths practice for Australian primary school students (Year 2–6), including automated mistake diagnosis and a weekly learning report for parents. Content is aligned to the Australian Curriculum. We may update or improve features over time.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
- Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account, including your child's.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Learnly AI offers a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in Australian dollars and may change with reasonable notice.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any time — there is no lock-in contract. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for its intended educational purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its content.
- Do not copy or redistribute our question content.
6. Limitation of liability
Learnly AI is a study aid provided on an “as is” basis. While we work hard on quality, we do not guarantee any particular educational outcome or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
